Iphone 4s help needed

i'm buying my daughter an iphone 4s,but the front screen has got a small crack in it,anybody got any idea how easy it is to replace or how much it would cost to get it repaired by someone thank

I dropped mine and smashed it - Apple fixed it in store for me but it was pricy.

Does Merlin do I Pads too ? Got a smashed one and not paying Apples prices !
