craig bellamys attitude to ref and players

i understand that bellamy demands a certain service from those around him,but i honestly think that at times he has the abllity to be have a very negative attitude to his team mates, he had a right go at marshall and a simple word would be better than barking..and he is his own worst enemy regarding refs...come on craig make players look up to you and not bully
