after posting that video of the woman abusing her child it got me thinking, who are the worst type of people ?
child abusers ?
rapists ?
animal abusers ?
people who rob/beat up the elderly ?
bullies ?
men who hit women (and vice versa) ?
imo child abusers are the worst kind of people, scum, all of them

anyone who can systematically bully/molest/harm something/someone who is incapable of defending themselves is the worst kind of people. That covers quite a few of your options.
