Pride/Passion/Backs to the walls/our team ravajed with injuries/a Ref giving us nothing and our 9th WIN IN A ROW AT HOME, thats what 21,500 fans saw today, how can anyone slate or have a go at Malky's teams or Malky as our manager?

Today even if you hated the Red/The Badge etc or were a Neutral, you saw one hell of a battle out there by Malky's Cardiff City team.

I salute you Malky and your team made history today, thats right I will say it again 9 HOME WINS IN A ROW, THE BEST IN EUROPE

I could even finally feel some passion from our fans today for the first time at a home game this season.
The most disappointing part of the day was to me other than our injuries, was that only 21,500 bothered turning up to see a near top of the table game and Cardiff with the best home record in football, when are the crowds going to turn up?

Ref was a disgrace but the team were immense! The guts they showed sums up why I love this game

Really enjoyed the game despite the referees attempt to ruin it for us - some appalling decision.

Atmosphere was a lot better in the 2nd half.

I honestly thought there were more than 21500 - perhaps its a tax thing

Fully agree with the OP, was like casualty out there at times, we dug it out, a really good team effort.

Good effort from the fans too, played their part in getting right behind the team not allowing them to get nervous. Most I've seen in the ground at FT

awesome display today by all the team ,but special mention to hudson and whitts who pulled the boys together when boro threatened to get back in the game.Also the fans appreciated the effort by the players and responded in style,so well done all round

Real proud at the way the team dug deep and just kept going, block after block, work ethic brilliant.

The ref gave us nothing but our players gave it everything. When our backs are against the wall the fans will always get behind the team, maybe the atmosphere drops because we got spoilt with good football. Today we had to battle and by hell we did

So much heart and spirit in that performance, we were on our bare bones, we showed real grit and determination, to win a result like that is incredible. We were unlucky not to get a penalty but because of poor officiating we were limited, Ralls and Nugent were great even though Nugent was only just brought in and Ralls was in an unfamiliar role. Great atmosphere, everyone getting on the referees back, we really helped the players battle on, I'd love it if we could lift the players like that more often because it means a lot to them.

I agree Annis an absolutely fantastic battling performance against a very good Middlesbrough team and a criminal display by the referee.


Not as good as the Leicester game when Gypes "took one for the team" and Paul Quinn put everything he had into defending our lead. But today with two young lads, one making his League debut, putting in huge performances and for me fantastic performance by Hudson it was the 2nd best team performance at CCS.

MM has without doubt got every single player playing for the shirt. Great stuff 2nd place in the League amd 9 home wins on the trot.

After 75 minutes the game reminded me of last years 1-3 vs blackpool but today there was no way we were gonna capitulate, every player was willing to put his body on the line and like someone else said special mention for whitts who has become the complete midfielder this season, and hudson who i believe would have played on with no legs today!

Each and everyone a warrior. Clean sheet with a makeshift defence - fan-bloody-tastic

Atmosphere much better today, I didn't see that many leaving early even in the family stand where I sit.

Great day today. The fans got behind the team and the players responded with a huge show of guts.

i totally agree, and it was good that more fans stayed to show support after the final whistle.. 2nd half atmosphere was very good!

looking at it logically we should only lose about 3/4 games at home now! so get away form a bit better come jan we should be at top well ahaead!! going on past seasons!

Hope you told him it would be impossible to get 25k, given the segregation , lack of away fans (1500 spaces) and 1000 spaces in the Premier club. Most we could have got today was 23500.
