I'm convinced that Cowie and MalkY are splitting the appearance money.

My only issue with Malky is my perceived image of him being to close to the inner circle.

The group and group leader mentality is undoubtedly brilliant at promoting commitment and team work/worth, but I think the dropping of senior players may be seen as betrayal, so they have injuries to deflect the dropping.

I think Gunnar is being punished for his inability to stop giving away needless free kicks in dangerous positions, otherwise he would be a shoe in with Mutch on the bench if he is starting his return from "minor" injury.
