Shame the OB didn't use a bit of common sense with him. Partied hard and got a bit carried away with the occasion. Not exactly a crime, that.
If those with authority kept their sense of humour, instead of enjoying a power trip, then he would've been on the bus home with us. Many a time in the past when he would've been told to calm down and just left alone.
