TIME FOR A NEW APPOINTMENT?

Just wondering if it's time for a Director of football,someone who could be a voice of experience someone who's been there and done it someone who could be a little more detatched from the players and be a sounding board for Malky and be able to offer advice and an opinion when required and even an arm round the shoulder,I'd like to think there's someone at the club doing all these things know but somehow i doubt it,certainly no one at boardroom level i bet.I noticed that Lennie Lawrence has joined Bolton a very shrewed appointment in my opinion.
