No spine to the team

This is nothing new for Cardiff, go back over the last few seasons and this has happened on numerous occasions, when we have dominated games and gone in front, only to let the lead slip and fall behind, my opinion is this, we have a goalie who can't command his box, and we don't have a dominant figure in midfield who can control a game, and Whitts is a good player, but he doesn't dominate the midfield area, I am trying to be objective whilst listening to the game, but I feel so angry and frustrated and want to switch the bloody thing off; but as usual I live in hope that it will get better
