as the title says, who you'd want to play in the fa cup and why?

I'd want either jacks away or a smaller non league/league 2 club away :ayatollah:

Back in my day they were game as f**k.

They'd probably beat us though. Unless we bring back DJ we got no hope in the real cup this year.

Any small team at home really. Love those games when there's only about 5000 of us in the ground :ayatollah:

You couldn't make it up, well maybe you could. What have our fanbase come to? You epitimise the new breed plastic type of fan with this comment. Why on earth do you want us to go out of the cup? Is it too much of a distraction for us to get to the promised land of the premier league? I'd rather win the cup than become your bog standard mid table premiership club.

The premier league is not the be all end all of following a club and I think some of our fans ought to learn this lesson.

Lower league team away, somewhere with terraces. Went to Tourquay with Rochdale beginning of this season best away game I been to in ages (even though Dale lost 5-2).

To much of a distraction Yes as proved in recent years.

Premiership isn't the be all for the football but I think it is financially for us.

Drivel. What happens when we are in our third season in the premier league and gone as far as we can go. Give me an FA cup over finishing 7th in the Premiership any day. Financially? The plastic reds on here would have us believe that we are now a self sufficient debt free club.
