Anyone able to fix tv's?

I have a flat screen tv, when i turn it on there is a high pitched noise.. that isnt supposed to be there!
anyone here fix them? and have an idea of time/cost? everything else works on the tv.

A total guess but it sounds like a noisey capacitor probably in the power supply.Where ever you take it shouldn't charge you too much for the repair.
