The figures are usually about 3 months behind/out of date - and the increase is mostly down to the Olympics. I would expect another fall in the next figures.

Despite the recession I do however support the cuts, with nearly £1 in every £4 labour spent being borrowed, it was always a matter of time before we were in trouble. Living off your overdraft is great at the time but sooner or later you have to pay it back - thats what we are doing now.

But when those same toffs said we were in recession, you believed them. Strange logic that.

Mind I do agree these "toff whos never had to struggle or do a days working humping bricks up ladders or even a real days work in his life" like Ed (the red) Millipede and Ed Balls Up. Where do they get all their money from?

Must be true, Adam's window cleaners are now on forty one pound a day, so it's bound to flood back into the coffers. ;)

Why don't you just borrow some money, if you are skint ? This was the policy of the last labour government and advocated by the current labour leaders.

Although I suspect you are too intelligent to borrow money knowing that some time in the future you will have to pay it back. With all the added interest you will be worse off. Unless you leave it to your children and grandchildren to pay it off for you?
My wallet is also empty, and I think it is a long way from the recession being over, as it can be a state of mind in a lot of cases - people have stopped spending which leads to a downturn in itself economically. As well as not having the money.

I'm not skint, far from it. My wallet just isn't bulging at the seams quite as much as it used to ;)

You're right though, I am too intelligent. When interest rates were high, I saved. Others borrowed.

Just cant get one mate. The college try for you aswell but there no one recruiting. People with their own business just cant afford to pay people aswell as run their own business. Luckily college is four days a week so it isnt too bad at the moment, but next year it will go down to one day, thats when you need one. To fill the other days of the week.

It's a tough call. All the fake jobs created by labour have gone which is a good thing. What is it about having 3 people to do one job with labour eh??
Judging by the amount of people in town shopping today I'd say everything's getting better. I couldn't believe how busy it was.
One of my businesses us a holiday rental in west Wales, it's been our busiest year to date. Not sure if that means people are holidaying at home or what.

Take off your tory spectacles for a second, you're blinkered.

Firstly, what is 'strange' about that? Why would anyone DENY being in recession? It's not difficult to figure out, takle a look around. It's patronising to suggest that the working population hang on every word that your toffs have to say and can't think for themselves. Cliche tory.

I like how you've coincidentally chosen labour affiliated 'toffs', as opposed to those belonging to your exclusively toff party. As for branding Milliband 'Red Ed', that's laughable Daily Mail drudgery. You're the same fool who claimed that the Daily Mirror was a 'socialist publication' and that Labour themselves were 'socialist'

I don't happen to support any party, however you are little more than a brainwashed, narcissistic, tory, Osbourne lover.

Is there any way you could go out on your own (when qualified).

What about charitable places, local clubs (football, rugby , cricket etc) and see if you can service their equipment/boilers (again if qualified) at a cheap or free rate just to get yourself known. It could lead to some connections which lead to paid work.

It always seems strange that people are always saying they cannot find a good plumber, which is true, but then you always hear of people not being able to get apprenticeships/jobs. I have noticed a big increase in vans around lately with "plumbers" on.
Maybe the industry is getting saturated with them now? Good luck mate, and dont give up.
