It wasn't the crime of the century, but I hate it when people bring the players into it like that. He wouldn't have had the bottle to slap a Wednesday fan.

Footballs gone soft.
We had a lad, ruby from Merthyr, had a peg leg, would often attack the visiting keeper with his crutch. He was a hero.

This leeds fan shouldnt be treated as scum of the earth. He's just 21 yrs old, all clubs have young, drunken fans who would do something stupid in a moment of madness. He don't deserve jail, but unfortunatly for him, thats where he's going.

They are obviously readying him for trial by blanking his face on tonights news...........bit strange considering he's been shown on every channel and appeared all over the Internet since Fri ?

The Man a complete tool and needs to go to Jail . Running on the Pitch is one thing attacking a player is quite another and he needs to go down for six months

The irony of this incident is that it disguised the fact that there were many (1000's) of Leeds fanss throwing missiles, ripping up seats, advertising hoarding (including injuring one fo their own fans of about 7 years old) and singing songs about DJ whilst praising Jimmy Savile.
Instead people just go on a bout '1 mindless idiot' when there were many in the west stand on Friday.
We should have also had a penalty and Brown should have been sent off (just saying)

The guy who fucked up the boat race got 6 months.
