I know Dave Jones had already accepted his job before Megson had been sacked - hence the reason he was sacked after winning the Sheffield derby in February.

Any thing is possible, especially with Milan Mandaric, but sacking him would be incredibly harsh. After the run we were on up to September. We're not getting battered in games, just unlucky and not quite found the right blend with the new players yet.

I don't think there's many better managers available either so no point in sacking him IMO
