why is bellamy being given the weekend off? even if not playing, should be around the first team squad...

also with a two week gap to the next game, i cant understand why he wont feature at all even if only for 1 half?

If he is not fit to play saturday he should not play for wales next week.

agreed, as much i want craig to play for wales, cardiff city are his employer and pay his weekly wages etc.. we should get priority over wales. if hes being given the weekend off to feature for wales that is wrong. 3pts for us is more important away to ipswich than wales v scotland in my opinion...

If wales had chance of qualifying then you could see logic but with the jack chuckle brothers in charge they just as well play me and my spaniel up front.

he ran like a bloody lunatic in the brum game, if his knees couldnt take it, he should have been brought off sooner than he was.*which is easier to say now i know"

or other players need to sit up and take note of his closing down and chasing and chip in with a bit aswell knowing bellamys situation rather than let him do all the chasing.

But at the same time he's not good enough to play on the wing. Not with the players at our disposal.

A perfectly timed injury. I don't think he will ever play for Wales again - he is clearly prioritising the Bluebirds.

I'm pretty sure Malky will play a 4-5-1 on Saturday with Cowie playing like last season's dour "grind it out" team.

We never get anything from Ipswich anyway.

I agree Baz, we are not a one man team, Bells is superb, but we have a quality team. :ayatollah:

we beat wolves without bellamy so we are more than capable of beating ipswich

Well a tough game but there is a lot of confidence in the team and lot of players are really busting to get into the action.. Conway said he can't wait to get back and fight for a place.. nice to see hes happy and ready to fight for a place. Had a fantastic pre season. :ayatollah:

Oh great Bellers out, Smith a doubt time for Son of Malky to make his return and give us f**k all wide once again.

Does Malky remember a player on his books he signed called Craig Conway? Natural winger who looked sharp as pre-season unlike Cowie a centre mid playing instead of him numerous times.

Big test of Malky Saturday for me, feel he worries far too much about the opposition away from home- with the squad he has now he should go to grounds saying this is us deal with it.

Also hope Smith is fit as Kev plays far better when Smith is in front of him as he holds the width not drifting inside all the time.

I fear 4-5-1 and poor Helguson isolated up front. Ipswich are down the bottom we should not fear them at all :?

Good, another nail in Colemans coffin after the Scots smash us.

Don't want Bellers getting a knock playing for that c**t.

Completely agree with you. With the wingers we have this season there is no way that Cowie should ever play out wide again. Also, it's no good swapping formations home and away. Players should be allowed to get used to developing patterns of play in a system that suits them. We have incredible attacking options so we should fear no one....home and away. :ayatollah:
