Club charters are very important and can be an important tool for supporters and clubs....many have been improved since the last decade and the FSF regularly check them to see if they are fit for purpose....the link gives the league table based on many months of work and research by the Football supporters Federation.

can someone explain what each of the categories mean. we scored 0 for league details, a 5 would push us up to 2nd in championship!

Most are self explanatory but I see we scored zero for league details and that was definitely on our charter...will try to find out what criteria was used.
