Blackpool do not like the long ball over the top!

It's a bit anti football, but with pace and a bit of height up front we can mix it at them on Saturday. :ayatollah:

And where is the height up front going to come from?

Mason on Helgusson's shoulders perhaps?

Blackpool have been hopeless defensively but have shown they can still create a goal from nothing, so I wouldn't say this one is over yet.

Agreed always look like scoring they do.

Evatt is very slow, as is Ferguson who would be their holding midfielder.

Perhaps play them at their own game with Bellamy playing off Helguson, Noone on the one side, look to hurt them with pace and hit them quickly on the break.

Was thinking we should play Mason up front, before tonight.

Exactly my point, hopefully The loan striker that Malky is allegedly looking to secure. Besides, a ball over the top is more beneficial to a pacy striker and we have Mason, and CB who can achieve that.

it really is a funny old league this one.

i was feeling a little aprehensive about saturday, but you just never know how teams are going to preform from game to game.

im feeling a little more confident after seeing blackpool tonight.
