When will there be an official statement on Nicky Maynard's injury? If he's had the scan surely they know the extent of the injury and what the prognosis is.

Perhaps so....but I thought a scan would show what damage has been done and he had the scan yesterday apparently.

The scan may not have shown much if it was too swollen. The club may want to keep their cards close to their chest - we all know he's going to be out for a while anyway(apparently!!!).

Gutted. For the lad-who's had terrible luck with injuries and for us, cos I reckon he's a very very good player
Lets hope Bellamy can stay fit and Mason shows his full potential.
