Cardiff Training Report

Just a quick description of city's 2hr training this morning guys!

No players who played on Tuesday were there, which I found quite strange!

Players training included: Turner, Bellamy, Gestede, Jarvis, Darko, St Luce and Oshiliaja(I think)!

Started off with 1 person in the middle with players trying to complete passes until the player stopped it. Bellamy was laughing a lot along with Sean Connolly and Kevin Cooper at the antics going on!

Connolly took the Sprinting and Agility session for 15 minutes where Bellamy and Turner (surprisingly) looked sharp!

They then moved on to Attack v Defence with balls from the coaches flying into Gestede and Jarvis on the edge of the box with Turner and Oshiliaja trying to clear it. Darko was just off the strikers linking up with the Strikers and spreading it out wide to Bellamy who whipped in crosses.
Bellers was shouting at himself if he got the littlest thing wrong.

After the Attack vs Defence it was onto link up play in and around the box and finishing, which Jarvis was extremely good at!

Cooper then had the forwards doing Volleys and First time shots by throwing/passing the ball to them on the 'D' . Bellamy was always giving the 3 other strikers constructive tips on what they can improve on which was great to see & the players were listening well and learning from him!

After the session Bellamy took Oshiliaja on his own little coaching session of passing from the Right Back position with a little goal down te wing and a little goal inside to represent a forward coming deep to get the ball to his feet! Bellers was alwaya talking to him and helping him out which really impressed us. They then had a little competion of getting the ball into the goals with Bellamy winning 7-4 though after missing one he shouted 'THATS f*cking SHIT CRAIG' which was funny!

He then came over and talked to us and had a picture. Legend! :ayatollah:

Thanks guys! Bellamy really is a true professional! It was great to see him coaching the kids without being asked to! He was coaching Oshiliaja for 20 minutes and looked like he was enjoying it loads!

Craig Noone was in the Pavillion along with Macca! Nooney then drove home with us and was trying to overtake us whilst laughing and sticking his thumbs up to us! Was a good laugh!

Fair play to Bellamy glad he's focused ! Possible shout for Malky's replacement when that time comes.

Even though some of the players were fringe/U21's the standard of quality was really good! Maybe because Bellamy was with them lol! :ayatollah:

This was the main advantage and benefit of bringing him back and exactly what I expected him to do. :ayatollah:
