Going down tomorrow to watch! Who's been before? What time do they start training and where are you allowed to park?

Ask welshcitydragon, he's been down there a few times.
They start any time from 10am (at the earliest) to 11am (at the latest) and I'm not sure how long they train for.

10.30 start, park by the vale training complex. walk down to the bottom pitch through housing gates. enjoy.
