Death Penalty for Police Killers ( Whats your Opinion)

Why police only ? my kids & wife are just as important as they are.

No way, ive dealt with the police and some of them are not worth shit, to be above everyone else in this country.. No way... They should have the same laws and rules as everyone else.

I'd like to see people like rapist, pedo's and serial killers get sent to the front line to clear IED's and mines for our boys instead, or instead of using animals for testing, use them.

so if two guys get into a fight and one falls over and hits his head and dies..... the guy who hits him deserves the death penalty?

As long as the UK remains a member state of the European Union capital punishment cannot be reintroduced as it the contrary to the Eurpoean Convention On Human Rights.


Personally I think it's a good thing that we can't bring it back because I will never support the state taking a human life, however when someone is found guilty of murder they should be put away for life. And I mean life.

The legal definition of murder is that if you intend to kill someone or intend to cause them grievous bodily harm, and they die as a result, then that is murder.

The kind of scenario you rae talking about would probably fall into the legal definition of manslaughter.
