Todays Referee

Great to get 3 points from the game today.

What was good to see for a change was the quality of the referee that we had today. Its certainly the best ref that I have seen at a home match for a long time. Potentially it could have kicked off but he held control of the game by not brandishing the cards too early. I thought he let the play run when he could and was very consistent and fair to both teams.

I would have to agree, it wasn't just leeds who were throwing in some tackles, quite an even split (as can be seen from the fouls given). Started off fair and only gave cards when they had been given a warning before.

I think he let the game flow quite nicely!! But by fook he allowed their defenders to basically man handle and put headlocks on helguson and mayard all game!! that pissed me right off!!
