Too right I know its Ali on the mic and he should be sacked because of it. Y he's been cringeworthy in the past but snubbing the death of a previous manager is in my mind unforgivable.

Facts are Simon Insole was know by a lot of fans, and a lot of people at the club and was pre planned and the plans went ahead.

Angry man, stop trying to create a storm in a tea cup, it's seem obvious to me that the bereavement of Jimmy Andrews happened to recently to allow his family to get over it enough to be able to attend the game, after they have had chance to greave amongst themselves the club will pay their own tributes with the family in attendance.

Also how can you blame Ali personally? He's just a voice on a mic, he surely gets direction on what he can and can't say, he's an employee of the club that's all!

Some people just try to stir up shit over anything even when they don't know the facts or didn't go to the game they are a disgrace they must get their kicks out of it or it makes them feel important

Jimmy Andrews was an absolute gentleman and I have no doubt whatsoever that the club will arrange a tribute to him before our next home game. His sad passing was mentioned at halftime so there was no snub.

Any fitting tribute to a former manager or player should include any members of his family or in the case of a manager any of his players who wish to attend. Jimmy sadly died only 2 days before this game and that simply isn't enough time to arrange a tribute befitting such a wonderful man.


Steve Borley has said a tribute will be arranged and I'm sure it will be perfect and far from being a snub by the club this is nothing more than the club doing the right thing.

Those who remember the man and that wonderful promotion season will I'm sure welcome the tribute at the next home game.
