One of the regular meals for school dinners in the 70's.

Vile stuff. A round slice of reconstituted God-knows-what, with white flecks of fat and a taste like feet!

Served with a dollop of cold, lumpy mashed potato, some stewed cabbage and rock hard carrots.

Followed by semolina and jam.

And forced to eat it by battleaxes who wouldn't let you go out to play football until you'd eaten everything on your plate.
