Brought up in south Wales most were socialist labour people
We had loads to do with the miners fund raising etc at the time
Scargill was a nut but it was thatcher and the Tories v the working classes smash the unions they ruined the valleys the difference was some of the other areas were not so involved in mining like south Wales.

I am very right Jules.
It was the Tories against Scargil who used the hard working working class Miners as his tool against Thatcher. In simple language Scargill loaded the bullets and the Miners fired em and in the end every Miner lost there Jobs and cammunitys destroyed whilst Scargill and Thatcher carried on with there lives living kin luxury to this Day.
Scargill ain't working class he is a parasite and even Neil Kinnock saw right through him and hates his guts.
You can't tell me I don't understand these issues I was bought up with Valleys ethos. It was drummed into me from my family who never forgot there roots.
