The hold up is paperwork and agents, it will go to the wire.
Give our club some slack here they have brought in some fantastic players this summer and are working desperately to get another fantastic signing in to this club.

former agent on bbc this morn said they drag it out in the window to try n get an increase from 7-10% in fees closer to deadline
