All this and thats without the fitness tests maybe MM still got him running back an forth the offices with his son don cowie to see if hes got the graft in him , terms was agreed it was even said on here so im sure hes fit so maybe its results or something but it could be anything thats holding it up otherwise hes signed when the all clear comes through. It might be a fax with documents from the westham side with all signed over to us, who knows
