What does a Medical involve?

Does anyone know just exactly what is involved in a Medical? (For football transfers obviously).

A complete physical. blood tests, cardiovascular tests, X-Ray's MRIs etc

They did a special report about it on SSN.
Full examination by a doctor, then scans such as an MRI.
They also check the heart in case of conditions like Muamba had (I think).
