1) We have to look at our formation on the pitch, clearly 4 5 1 is not working, we need to change it.
2) We need to add pace to our play, sometimes the movement is too slow, and players are not reading the game well enough.
3) Players need to put in a good shift, too many mistakes are being made by inderviduals, including myself.
4) We have 7 days to improve before our next match against Wolves, we will be back in Tuesday and look at the video, discuss it and make improvements.
5) we need to get the fans back on our side, and make the stadium a coldren of noise, that will frighten the opposition, so that they want to get away from here and not look forward to coming back.
