The Key to Success - Pace and Width

Sat Aug 25, 2012 4:51 pm

Look at all of the teams that have been promoted recently, one thing they have had in common is that they had pace and width and they all played attacking football for the 90 mins. (Blackpool, Norwich, Reading, Swansea, West Ham, Southampton). Unfortunately we have not had pace or width neither do we play attacking football and until things change we are going to find it difficult to get to the promised land. One glimmer of hope is the arrival of Bellamy who does have pace. :ayatollah:

Swansea were superb again today, loads of both pace and width without defenders playing hoofball.

Agree with you 100% mate. If we can see it why can't Malky? :ayatollah:
