Stubborn Malky ? - Formation/Pace/Width

We seem to play the same boring formation week in week out regardless of the opposition and whether it's home or away.

99% of football fans will say that pace and width will win you matches. Apart from Bellamy we have an extreme lack of pace or width and Malky seems reluctant to change that. Most of the teams who have come to CCS and given us a hard time are the teams with these qualities. When will MM ever give it a go. The striker(s) is not getting the service. Cowie is not a winger so why is he being played there week in week out. Give Conway or Kadeem a chance. Desperately need a 20 goal striker.

cos he's a stubborn fucker its no wonder some first teamers dont like him,he also doesnt like giving youth a chance ..harris could be lightning ..id like to see us go 4-4-2 with wingers and 2 up top.

he has earnie,ralls and nugent on the bench who he is never gonna use !!!!
