Just goes to show what good behaviour and diplomacy gets you. It was a long time coming, 1pm kick off is a start. Now lets go and smash the f*cking place up!

Just kidding. 8-)

wouldn't get your hopes up. OB will be all over you lot soon as you land, anything deemed as trouble in their eyes and it will be back to bubble next year and we know how popular that is .

Unless Iv missed something are people jumping the gun with this?

I'm waiting for the 'no restrictions' but tickets to be picked up at a RV point which
is in effect a non bubble but rules out the train.

?

Seems a bit too good to be true. If it is completely unrestricted then the only logical reason I can see the Police/clubs agreeing to it is because its a win-win. I mean we as a club are putting pressure on other clubs with our arrest stats over the last few years improving and therefore demanding less bubble trips. So the police will give us what we want, but any trouble and then they have justified their reasons for a bubble trip. If there is no trouble....excellent, less hassle for them!

100% there will be slaps exchanged between the minority around town but I can't imagine anything major happening.

Dont quote me on that.

Arrest numbers are well down football police need numbers of nickings. 5 more cardiff fans banned by civil court. No charges but 3 yr bans dished out on their word these individuals COULD cause trouble.

Taff on the mersey, agree entirely with your post, they relax the bubble, leaving it up to travelling fans to behave, and i say travelling fans as the spotlight will be on you to behave, any major trouble and back to the buses it will be. the jacks had their bubble relaxed at AG in their promotion season and bar a couple of scuffles here and there it went off ok. just hope that our past history of violence does not come to the fore again . I for one will be going to both games and am looking forward to catching the train to cardiff for the return.

Hi there, just curious but what's the normal format for a visit by Cardiff with the vast majority of us arriving by train? Will we be taken on a long, long walk to Ashton Gate? Cheers, :ayatollah:

that could be the case TERRY B. OB in bristol have it sussed these days with train travel. be surprised if they let any groups wander as usually put in KT pub by station then marched around bristol to ashton gate and it is never the quickest route. two years ago millwalls 1st of 3 escorts was put in ground by 1.15.. this game is probly gonna get the most attention off Avon and somerset police all season, except for our little encounter with rovers on sat.

Thanks mate we will be turning out big numbers for this one and I can't wait to see the scenic route to Ashton Gate from Temple Meads. I am sure it will be an interesting day! :ayatollah:

Well I have no intention of LOOKING for a scrap, but neither am I looking to be marched into the ground early. I intend to enjoy a rare bit of freedom against the wurzels...A van load looks more likely.
