I know its been out since 1997 but only now ive seen it and i have to agree with Dougray Scott its a PRETTY SHITTY CITY

The ending where the choir are on the peer singing that welsh song myfanwy (I think its called) really makes the film for me! great ending to a comical film that shows just how completely mad and different us taffs are lol
