Fenerbache youth

In turkey at the moment and about a mile down the road Fenerbache have there youth (well kids) set up fair play they look class like nothing I have seen for the age before ! 7-9 year olds working flat out all day on every aspect of the game very disciplined and very talented also managed to get into watch the firsts vs Newcastle for free ! We look years off training wise compared to our youth set ups in Britain it's extremely frustrating to see the difference in quality

Over the holidays city's kids will be in 9-5 training for a week or so, the same will happen at Easter etc. it's a common thing now with kids at most clubs in time off from school.
