Silly money though. With wages over 200k per goal.

And should have won us the league cup.

Let's pretend we didn't have him, would we have done better with rudy or earnie upfront?

Yes, fair play, you can always rely on TA to be positive about the City, have to admire his loyalty.

However such blind loyalty can often lead to contradiction.

In my defence.

When players turn Cardiff City down (or their clubs f**k us about, or whatever)

I wanna strangle the cunts. Blind loyalty? Maybe. Running into boozers smashing
f**k out of other fans is hardly rational behavior, but f**k it. No regrets

Too many on this board, yourself included seem to revel in things going
Wrong. Can't wait to jump on the negative bandwagon. If I sometimes
Think the best of Cardiff City football Club....

Then tough shit on the negative anti everything fuckers

We finished in a play off place and got to a cup final under this manager in his
First season. Yes, I think I'll back him blindly And see who's laughing in a few weeks
When we have a few more in.

So yeh. I mugged myself off

I'd sooner mug myself off every day of the week sticking up for the city than spend my
Time slagging it of. Why do the jacks work for them when we got City fans who hate
The Club just as much

Not negative Taff, I just speak as I find good or bad.

Im not going to say the football is pleasing on the eye when it wasnt, or Rudys great, when he isnt.etc,etc.

Thats not negative thats just being truthful.

I post positively when I feel the need - Excited about Kimbo, I think we will be more attacking this year.

I would never wish things to go wrong like you say jusy to prove a point. Absolute bollocks that is.

Angryman and Bluebird 77 maybe but not me fella.

Theres no way I am in that bracket. :ayatollah:

Fair enough.

I never thought Rudy was going to make the grade and I thought Earnie should
have been left well alone. But perhaps not Malkys decision?

We have a FAR stronger squad right now than when Malky took over in June last
year. We are still strengthening.

Kim Bo suggests that behind the dour football of last season may lie a manager who
wants to play football the way Watford did last season when they thrashed both
us and QPR. They were scintillating. destroyed us with pace. Perhaps this season he
is in a better position to go after more mobile, attacking, flair players~?

I do hope so. The Watford side were a delight to watch and the side that come here 18 months ago were the best attacking side Ive seen at the new stadium. We rode our luck that day and were just clinical.

I think thats why I was frustrated last year as when we got Malky thats what I thought we were getting. Hopefully the signs are this year we will be more attacking. Weve got a very decent defence at this level so mixed with a bit of pace and flair that Malky seems to be trying to add then it could be the winning formula.

I think last season, Malky really was setting foundations here.

He was limited in his budget. None of us know but I think the total revamp of
The training regime, from fitness to coaching must have cost a fair bit. He was
Able to bring in whoever he wanted. Perhaps that was part of his projections
In his interview... Give me two/three seasons and I'll not just give you a premiership
Team, I'll give you the set up to go with it.

So he made us hard to beat. That has to be the very very first job for a manager.

Boring boring Arsenal under George Graham.... Champions year in year out!!!

That's my theory anyway. Watford under Malky and last seasons City bore no resemblance
To each other. Perhaps now he's got the foundations right, he will now start playing
Football the Way he really wants to. Like you say... Kim Bo is one hell of an exciting
Prospect. Mutch is an attacking midfielder. A top striker (I think he'll get one who will
Give us at least twenty goals) and Bellamy or another nippy winger.. Plus Veronica..
I think we'll fly (even without Keogh  ) :D
