Looking through the list of premier strikers the players that have not been mentioned who when i see there name i think of a goals are:

jermaine defoe
rickie lambert
bobby zamora
andy jonstone

but i don't think we can get any of them so i think it will be a player from reading or southampton

Ricky Lambert--Just got promoted will want the chance to prove himeslf in prem.
Bobby Zamora -- Just moved to QPR
Andy Johnson -- Just moved to QPR I think
And defoe we would have no chance, if he leaves spurs it will be for someone like Sunderland.

More optomistic targets for us would be, Sam Baldock/Nicky Maynard/Adam Le Fondre/Ricardof Vaz te

But then again they will all want to prove themselves.

taffyapple u say hes a finisher is he a prem lge finisher or someone who has just got there .....the only guys at this level who are finishers are billy sharp or jordan rhodes...if he is a prem striker is he really that good a finisher.

Mind you Jordan Rhodes hasn't played at this level, not knocking his ability, he will produce goals this season.
