Migration on its own means people leaving the country, if you are meaing immigration into the country then yes

It's not mainly migration.
Migration is just one of the key factors.
The world population has more than doubled since the sixties. So what do you really expect.

well the politicians on the news have just firmly blamed migration to this country,not me but the arseholes that have let so many people in,that they are now regreting it,even to the point of admiotting they were wrong.
