Im responding to the thread topic. If you dont like the actual factual response then maybe you should re-direct you anger toward certain sections of our fans who constantly roll out the ''swans sshould pay their debts'' line when faced with the reality of their superiority then.

I agree, tedious in the extreme. Not to mention cringeworthy.

More like it, thats the response of acceptance. The sooner everyone acceps they are better than us on and off the field the sooner we will stop making ridiculous comments and embrassing ourselves and actually try and emmulate their achievements ourselves. At the end of the day we ave sold our soul for the chance..

I don't mind having banter with jacks who openly support their club. But the likes of you who pretend to be Cardiff yet spend all your time spouting pro-jack love is pathetic. Grow some and show your true colours

Ok maybe im missing the point here. Our fans are allowed to ruin debate and resort to futile comments as its banter but when the jacks do they should ''f**k off, be banned and get a life''.

just reminding myself of the inaccuracies and double standards this board have before trying to counter balance them.

By the way, its not difficult to pick holes in a view to play in a 75,000 stadium with an average attendance over the last 10 years of 17,000. and most of the examples I gave were genuine opinions of people not banter.

So if they were all behind the club why did they need to go into admin? I think all may not be as it seems.........

We didn't go into admin then, you really are clueless.

What?

He said we didn't go into Admin, which is correct.

Yes you did.

A CVA is administration. Administration under a CVA means the company can control the administration instead of appointing an administrator. All the rules apply apply for admin regardless who is doing the business.

Any comment jackf or jackmagic or nj73?

A CVA is not administration.

To be in administration, an administrator would be appointed to oversee the ownership of the club, arrange a CVA and find new owners to take the business forward as a going concern.

In our case the club arranged the CVA themselves without appointing an administrator and the owners stayed in place.

Re: Shafting local businesses!

CVA is not administration at all...]

An insolvent company can enter into a company voluntary arrangement (CVA). The CVA is a form of composition, similar to the personal IVA (individual voluntary arrangement), where an insolvency procedure allows a company with debt problems or insolvent to reach a voluntary agreement with its business creditors regarding repayment of all, or part of its corporate debts over an agreed period of time. A CVA can be applied for by; the agreement of all directors of the company, the legal administrators of the company, or the appointed company liquidator.

A company voluntary arrangement can only be implemented by an insolvency practitioner who will draft a proposal for the creditors. A meeting of creditors is held to see if the CVA is accepted. As long as 75% (by debt value) of the creditors who vote agree then the CVA is accepted. All the company creditors are then bound to the terms of the proposal whether or not they voted. Creditors are also unable to take further legal actions as long as the terms are adhered to, and existing legal action such as a winding-up order ceases.

During the CVA, payments are made in a single monthly amount paid to the insolvency practitioner. The fees charged by the insolvency practitioner will be deducted from these payments. The company is not required to fund any further costs.

You really are a pathetic individual. Coming onto a CCFC site pretending to be a CCFC fan. Do this site a favour and f**k off under the stone from which you crawled. Maybe one day you will grow up and realise that life is not about trying to annoy other people-there are far more important things in life. My Mrs has just gone back into hospital and has been speaking to a lady on her ward who has just been given 3 months to live-think about this and grow up you tw*t.

And what does an administrator do? I'll tell you,its one of 3 things:

1. Sell the company, usually for about £1 but as an ongoing concern.
2. Liquidate the company, that is sell off its assets and defuncts the firm.
3. Goes into a CVA.

Clue here CVA is adminstration.

Appointing an adminstrator to put a company into a CVA is expensive. Allowing the company to go straight into a CVA is the cheap option.

It still isn't no matter how many times you type that it is.

But the result is the same, unless of course it ends in options 1 or 2. So you're being pretty pedantic

No, I'm being accurate.

This difference here is that under FL rules, we wouldn't have had a 10 point deduction.
