Depends on how you interpret Carls post, its doesnt necessarily mean we're signing Craig Noone.
He stated it weren't long ago Malky made serious moves to bring him to Cardiff.....this could relate to any other player, but just using Craig Noone as an example?

I would be surprised if Carl actually names a player without it being more or less a done .... But you are correct Carl did not mention today ....

Maybe Carl was just stating that not long ago we wanted him, but now hes Gunna sign for a established premier side, maybe Liverpool.... Just a thought!
