Highly unlikely TUPE would apply as original club liquidated.
Equally, utterly pointless.
When players are transferred, they aren't wrapped up and sold as slaves. The registrations with the relevent football association are what is "sold". Those will no doubt have been "bought" by the new co.
Player contracts may not apply, but until those registrations are released by NewCo, they cannot play anywhere. Hence will only play for any other club if a transfer fee is paid.
I very much doubt teams will risk penalties for playing an ineligible player.

I'm sure a load of clubs have their respective leagal teams in contact with the SFL, FIFA and the agents.
Once one club makes the move and signs one, it'll avalanche onto the other clubs. (A bit like when Ryan giggs got named for shagging that fit bird)
To me, I'd say they're all well within their rights to refuse a contract carry over.
