Show confidence and always keep eye contact!

1) research the company so you can speak with confidence about what they do
2) find out in advance what the job involves and rehearse explaining why you would be a good choice
3) have a question ready for the end of the interview (not about pay or holidays!), maybe about future prospects/progression opportunities
4) speak clearly, don't mumble
5) look presentable, clean shaven, and kee a good posture (sit upright, not slouching)
5) keep good eye contact and look interested in what they're talking about!

also use any previous experiences that you can give an example that will relate to the job requirements.. how you have been in different circumstances and how you would overcome objectives...

Put yourself in their shoes, what is it they want to hear, what would you want to hear as a possible employer.

What would score with me is someone confident enough to say they believe in themselves, they would be prepared to work for the first month on a free trial just to prove their commitment (they wont and can't take you up on it, but it will blow them away)

Tell them you are ambitious but prepared to find a level and work hard at it, also tell them you are a team player, if they need you to work on at short notice you will do it at the drop of a hat ( get in there first, harder to sack you than employ you)

Tell them you may be getting employed as a storeman, accountant whatever, but as part of the team if they need you to clean the bogs, you'll clean the bogs.

Sell yourself fella, it's a competition, if you don't, the next one will.

Where have u got your interview too? what sort of business?

well just really be yourself, be confident, smile, be happy and positive, and rehearse your cv. know what you have on there as i garentee they will end up asking about aspects of it .
