Something is telling me Portugal. The way Ronaldo is playing it is very similar to how Maradona played in the '86 Mexico World Cup and both Portugal and the Argentina team of '86 were average without these two very special players

Portugal aren't an average team though. Pepe, Alves, Coentrao, Meireles, Veloso and Nani are all great players.

Hope Germany do it, a genuinely thrilling team, how attacks should be conducted. I have a suspicion that England may do it.

hmmmm....big majority think it will be Germany (66% at the moment).

The 4 we've got through to the semi's are the four I thought would get through.

I think it will be very tough from here on in - the 4 left are by far the best and all come from 2 groups (B and C).

It goes to show that Holland and Croatia were very unlucky getting put into those 2 groups, as both teams are pobably amongst the best 8 teams there, whereas England and Greece were pretty poor in reality. I know Holland lost all 3 games, but that first game against Denmark was a strange result, and I think Holland are a better team than Denmark, and if they'd been in group A or D I think they'd have got to the quarter finals.

Still Germany for me to win it though, although Italy will be no push overs, and if Spain get through to the final, that will be one heck of a match.

I think it could still be any of the 4 teams left in it - Germany's bogey team is Italy, so I'm a bit concerned about that.

Just so pleased England are out, and the radio and tv is back to normal - Radio 5 are even bringing their people home - before the semi's - crazy - its not all just about England
