This vale training business?

Was this a good business move by the malaysians.. Put out some drawings and a rumour of getting our own 10m facilities then the vale start shitting it and start offering more things and bending over backwards for cardiff city?

It's a good move on their behalf, VT will be in the driving seat, is there anybody else out there that the vale can rent this to (dont think so at the moment). VT hasn't got the wealth he has by rolling over for people, wasn't is said the rent was going up for the training facilities at the vale, and not to long after VT says they are going to spend 10m on a new one. VT is not stupid

Yes rather own it than rent, but it sounds like there will be a chance to buy what is down the vale and Leekes will maintain it, nothing wrong with that
