With us nearly having diouf sign for us last season on loan from man united and talk of malky and Fergy being pals because of the Scottish connection, what quality season long loans and youngsters do u think would be possible and worth a shot??
Nick Powell is one already mentioned who else would you like to see here who could do a job...

I think Rooney would fit in nicely. Nice workhorse for Malky.

Would welcome Fred Macheda, Bebe, Will Keane or Oliver Norwood.

Away from United, I'd like to see Liverpool's Raheem Sterling in a City shirt. Would be a good loan signing.

There is a young Irish lad called Robbie Brady who could do a great job for us. He was loaned out by Man United to Hull and has been very impressive and is highly regarded plus he has family in Pontypridd. See Link. http://www.unitedrant.co.uk/opinion/rob ... rish-hope/

Some good suggestions Brady looks like the type of player we need talented attacking winger, has malky got better targets lined up though time will tell suppose

Its more than just 'the scottish connection'. Ferguson actually played with Malkys father at Queens Park for a few years.

Loans - Why ????

for me its about having a a good mixture, malky can spend the budget wisely by getting some good transfer fees and also adding some young hungry talent on loan and just using the budget towards their wages rather than paying a transfer fee aswell as the wages, basically getting one or two good players on loan would free up some of the budget to get buy better quality players who would command bigger transfer fees :ayatollah:

Loans can be useful but im glad malky has been careful with who he brings in,some of them premiership youth/reserve players carry massive egos, theyd get a kick at barnsley away and give up,dragging the team down look at JET.
Diouf chose playing for man utd reserves over playing regular competitive football for a promotion chasing side. What does that say about his attitude?
plus theyre parent clubs expect them to play every game which could keep a hungry young talent like mason or ralls out of the side
