Everton and Wolves target 'mentally broken' by Lillestrom!

Everton and Wolves target Bjorn Bergmann Sigurdarson believes he is being kept at Lillestrom against his will.

Everton have a long-standing interest in the striker and were believed to be keen on taking him to Goodison this summer.

In recent weeks, Wolves have also become interested and Sigurdarson is keen to move to England.

New Wolves manager Stale Solbakken, who played for Lillestrom between 1994-97, is formulating a plan to send his side back to the Premier League - and Sigurdarson is key to his hopes.

Wolves have approached Lillestrom to ask whether they can negotiate with Sigurdarson, 21, but the Norwegian club have told the Iceland international he is going nowhere.

And the frustrated star said: "I just had a meeting with the board [and they are] forcing me to stay.

"[I'm] mentally broken [and] want to leave."

We had enough patience last year listening to MM harping on in the media all season with "we need new players to sustain and push on are postion" for 7months along with the club leaking suppose bids here there and everywhere in the media

I agree that any leak from the club is foolish, but a lot of leaks are purposely divulged by player's agents!
