Is the budget now for transfers (15 million as an estimate) isit for the whole season or will we assess where we are and have more funds available and a new budget and transfer kitty for January?????

Carl can prove the figure should be boosted to at least near £10m because last years loans covered House of Sport projects, Dave Jones wages and other one off expenditure which adds up to at least £4m that shouldn't be repeated next year.
