If we do have the biggest budget we've ever had, we must as Malky would say "Be Prudent and Sensible"
Other teams will cotton on to what we've got and drive up the prices of players simply because they can.
We must NOT expect us to go splashing silly money in average players, obviously there are the odd few who are more than worth the gamble but we have to remain cautious.
For instance Craig Bellamy, most would love to see him back (me included) but it would be a foolish financial decision by Malky and co, his fee along with his wages compared to games he could play and duration of his contract,we would be paying to much and not getting enough return. I'm not questioning his attitude or ability just his remaining playing time and fitness.
So let's just hope Malky gets who he wants, because look what he did with almost nothing last season....
