We are never going to get an up and coming Championship player.
An up and coming div 1 or 2;
an experienced championship
discarded premier with a point to prove.
We need to be realistic.

yes but same thing for all champ sides unless pay over odds in wages, but with fair play soon that wont happen so its div 1 mainly and rejects from prem, but thats not bad thing as quite often change club makes player play better as different tactics suite them so we will see!
