Can someone explain to me

How the 40million that has supposedly been invested by the Malaysians breaks down. One of the reasons I am asking is that I find it hard to believe that the club still needs funding to the tune of 1.2 million a month. In rids dales time our turnover was 18 million per year, since then it's probably increased and wages have surely dropped considerably, so these kind of figures just don't seem to add up. Am I missing something?
