Sometimes people cannot cut outgoings. Is that too hard to understand?
Many many large institutions borrow money. Even the banks themselves.

well in this situation you can cut outgoings as in player wages. Maybe it would have been a good time to bring in a salary cap at the club.? Many clubs havew done that and even got promoted

Sorry but Parkin actually come in when the Malaysians were here!!! And anyway I would prefer to explore every avenue first before borrowing more money and a wage cap would have been a better move first before anything else.

yes i know and parkin has been put on loan a few times too take some of the wages off our bill. im sure the malaysians have/are exploring every option but once again this doesnt happen instantly and bills have to be paid in the mean time. they have finally come up with a solution and they are very very successful businessmen, im extremely excited for the next 5-10 years on this clubs potential.

Blackpool, Norwich and Swansea are just 3 teams who have all got promoted when they've had a wage cap in place.

All of whom then had key players, staff leaving for more money.
The wages have historically been high, a fair few under contracts given out under the Ridsdale regime. Unsellable as no other team would pay the same wages. So it's been a case of either agree a termination fee - and players can easily just sit their contracts out - or pay them off in full. Hence we've 6-7 players who should be off fairly soon.
Lowering the wage bill isn't the only thing needing doing, you're addressing only one end of the problem. Income also needs to be increased, which from what I can see is being addressed.

Not at this level they didn't!!!
However I'm glad you are agreeing that the wage bill needs addressing because unless thats addressed then you can forget about everything else. Just wish others would understand that logic rather than using the ecomonics very similar to what Gordon Brown was guilty of and we all know what happened there.

Weren't you asking why they didn't cough up and bring in more players in January?
