I'm not sure but I think its just some guy in a costume !!!!!!!!
They might give him the option of staying in blue, with no income, or putting on a red costume and still get paid.
Now Barclay is a clever boy' and he knows a thing or two about finance's , a lot of his family are in banking.
So probably he'll use his common sense and just change his kit to red, and embrace change, like I said Barclay's a clever boy .
